Electricity is the dominant cost of producing hydrogen by electrolysis — and how hard you run the plant today decides how fast the stack ages tomorrow. Most operators optimise one or the other. Our software does both at once: it plugs into the SCADA system you already run, reads plant and market conditions, and recommends the production level that gives the best trade-off between electricity spend and stack lifetime.

It is an advisory layer, not a replacement control system — your PLC and SCADA keep running the plant, and every safety function stays where it is. It works with any electrolyser, not only ours. Available to demo today.

5 MW System

The 5 MW module is a containerized alkaline electrolyser built from six 850 kW stacks of our own corrugated bipolar-plate design. One container is the building block: a site can start with a single unit and grow toward a multi-container plant — from 5 MW to hundreds of megawatts — sharing power infrastructure, hydrogen handling, and a common supervisory layer as it scales.

At the design point the plant targets a specific energy consumption of roughly 59–62 kWh per kilogram of hydrogen (AC, including balance of plant) — around 55–58% wall-to-H₂ efficiency — with our optimisation software built in to hold the best operating point as conditions and stack age change.

The system is under active development, certification, and validation. We are validating the stack design step by step — from subscale test rigs through full-size pre-production hardware — and engineering the container against the ISO 22734 family with ATEX and PED requirements designed in from the start.
